Built in remote control motor types....
AKA: The hertz motors
In addition to the add on remote control types, Torque Master is developing a full line of motor ranges, that include not only FCC approved remote control function, but also the manual override ability, in the same motor type!
These motor types, commonly known as Hertz motors, will be available in sizes from 20 Nm, upward to 110 Nm, far below the expected price range similar motors have demanded, before.
The motors will plug into the wall, and will not need an electrician, to wire them.
Some motor types will use an inline plug, to separate the motor cord (allowing it to pass through a 5/8" hole in a side frame, and to be reattached to the motor, inside the casting.
The inline plug type motors will be by special order only!
An assortment of different length cords will be available, to extend the motors cord, to any standard wall outlet!
This also allows for cords (with wall plugs), to be run across attics, and to drop neatly through eaves, and into the shutter housings.
UL certified power strips, can be used, to gather several motor cords together, to one source of power, as long as the total amp draw does not exceed the governed power supply!
No electrician is needed!
